I've only gotten halfway through this book and unfortunately it is already a letdown. I used the EE books for several classes my 1L year and they were fantastic which makes this book particularly disappointing by comparison. My biggest complaint is that his statements and method of explanation are just so overtly general. I find myself constantly doubting his general assertions - and then having to go back and check my class outline where I find that he's completely failed to include important exceptions/nuances/wrinkles in the law. Won't be buying an EE written by this author again.

This book was disappointingly useless as a review tool. I was very disappointed with my purchase and didn't find it to be helpful in either my Real Estate Finance or Advanced Real Estate Transactions class this year. It might be that a supplement for the course is impractical given the varied ways professors approach the subject.
