Awesome Book

This book does a great job of breaking down effective training routines for the HIT enthusiast, fans of HVT training, and for those who train with moderate volume but not true HIT or HVT. The book also talks briefly about the history of bodybuilding, and mentions which supplements are proven to be most useful. Overall, this book provide a great deal of useful information for creating workout routines that will work.

Excellent book with plenty of useful information presented in an easy to understand manner. I highly recommend this and all of the author's other books.
